We are women in leadership, coaches, filmmakers, advocates, small business owners and so much more, all coming together to save and change lives. Our passion is to create a positive impact through connecting and sharing. Our lessons will teach, heal, and empower a global tribe.

Through Women In Bloom International, GMEAN’s Micro Lending program and the Women of Essence Global Awards, we will provide tools, skills and quality recognition that will help improve the lives of women and their families, especially those who are living in underserved peri-urban and rural neighborhoods.
We envision a world without poverty, a world in which women are empowered, recognized, supported and are equal allies in society.
